Located in London, Tate Britain is part of the Tate galleries which display selections from the famous Tate Collection.

Tate Britain gives you the opportunity to enjoy and gain a understanding of British art.  The gallery actively promotes British art internationally show casing from the time of the Tudor Monarchs in the Sixteenth century, to the present day. 
Tate Britain is also extremely proud to be part of the Turner Prize. Awarded yearly to a British artist under fifty for an outstanding exhibition or presentation of their work in the previous twelve months.
