What is the name of closest tube station?

The closest tube station is Gloucester Road, for convenient travel to Hyde Park, London Eye, Tower Bridge plus more of London's top attractions.

Does Holiday Inn London - Kensington Forum have car parking available?

Yes our hotel has 76 secured car park spaces located in the basement of the hotel. We have 2 bays which are reserved for accessible parking (blue badge holders only) in the forecourt of the hotel. Car parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Entrance to the car park is accessed from the forecourt of the hotel on Court Field Road.

Does the hotel have gym facilites?

Yes, our hotel has all the latest excerise machines and only open for residents. Use of our gym is complimentary.

Is breakfast available at the hotel?

Yes, we serve a buffet breakfast in our Forum Room Restaurant. Serving times are Monday to Friday 6.30am to 10.30am, Saturday & Sunday 6.30am to 11am.

Do you offer WI-FI at Holiday Inn London - Kensington Forum?

Complimentary standard WI-FI access is available to all guests. 

High speed internet access is £16 for 24 hours, £5 per hour or £10 for 4 hours.

When do you charge my credit or debit card?

For prepaid bookings payment is taken at the time of booking. On bookings made on a best flexible rate payment will be taken on depature/check out.

At Holiday Inn London - Kensington Forum we have a dedicated Academy Conference Centre. We have 11 adaptable meeting rooms that can be configured to meet your precise needs, from a small meeting space to a large flexible open area. Please contact our team for more information.

Does the hotel allow pets?

Only guide dogs are allowed, if you do have a guide dog please make a request to the hotel prior to booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Is the hotel accessible to wheelchairs?

Our hotel is fully accessible to wheelchair users, 6 guest lifts cover all 27 floors. We have 8 accessible rooms with ceiling hoist or portable hoist.

Do you have sofa bed's in the rooms already?

Only in some of our rooms. If a sofa bed is requireed please contact us in advance.

Do you have cots available?

Yes we have cots available, please contact our team to ensure this is added to your booking.

At Holiday Inn London - Kensington Forum we have 3 restaurants available for you to enjoy.

The Tavern:
Open for food and drinks, located on the ground floor.
Monday to Friday: 17:00 - 02:00 
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 - 02:00
* Last food order will be taken at: 22:30.

Consortia:
Located on the first floor
Lunch: Monday to Sunday from 11:00 – 17:00.
Dinner: Monday to Sunday from 17:00 – 22:30.
